Refunds or exchange are accepted if no more than 14 days have passed since the purchase, the item shows no signs of use, packaging integrity is preserved, retains marketable appearance. Delivery and order-handling fees are non-refundable, except for the exchange of manufacturing defects on our part. On return, the refund is issued within 2 days of receiving the parcel back, to the client’s bank card.
If at the time of exchange there is no equivalent item in stock, the consumer has the right to:
– purchase any other items in stock with the price adjusted accordingly
– receive a refund in the amount of the returned item’s price
– exchange the item for an equivalent on its next arrival in stock.
Warranty on our products, 1 year from the date of purchase, covers material and manufacturing defects. The warranty does not apply if the product was misused or used negligently.
